ACP has to deposit 25000INR along with application as partner deposit(refundable) on which will be credited in the name of ACP

All the purchase orders should be in writing and all payments will be carry in basis

There will be initial order for a minimum amount to become our franchise.

ACP has to achieve the committed taget sale every month.Continues non achievement of the sales target for quarter may lead to discontinuation of the particular product and if all hte products are below target then it will lead to discontonuation of AUTHORIZED CHANNEL PARTNERSHIP.

Cheque Payments are accepted in the name of "KESAR EXIM" and if cheque is dishonoured,RS500 will be debited from ACP account and thereafter next six month transactions will be on demand draft basis only.Second time cheque dishoour will cause to permanent payment terms of demand draft only.

The target sales given may be review and revised in future if feel appropriate to the company.

The price of the product and the margin may be changed from time to time without prior notice.

All the warranty will be carry in basis and the product has to reach FOLLA service center for repair.

The authorized channel partner has to provide the sales/customer data of FOLLA product to our representative as and when required.

This agreement will be on NON-EXCLUSIVE basis.

ACP have to send all warranty claim service products through company's approved on freight paid basis.

Disputes,if any, shall be subjected to the jursdiction of chennai city court only.
